Childventures Early Learning Academy seeks a passionate childcare leader to oversee Centre operations and implement strategic direction. You will ensure a high-quality environment and manage financial performance while mentoring your team. The ideal candidate excels in communication, leadership, and problem-solving within a nurturing educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership to achieve financial and enrollment targets
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and ministry representatives




• Train and guide teams through scheduling and feedback
• Ensure health and safety for children and team members
• Develop team-oriented partnerships within the community
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• RECE in good standing and supervisory experience
• Childcare Management Certificate is an asset
• Strong understanding of CCYEA regulations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
