A high-growth consulting firm is looking for a Senior Functional Business Central Consultant to lead client engagements end-to-end, from discovery and solution design through go-live and optimization.

If you enjoy solving complex business challenges and partnering closely with stakeholders, this role will suit you.

What you’ll do:

- Lead discovery workshops to understand processes, pain points, and goals
- Translate requirements into Business Central solutions and functional specs
- Own full-cycle implementations: configuration, testing, training, and support
- Partner with technical teams on solution approach and delivery




- Provide post-go-live advisory and continuous improvement support
- Support pre-sales: demos, scoping, and proposal input as needed

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years consulting experience with D365 Business Central
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations
- Solid module knowledge (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management)
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple client engagements independently
