This role calls for an expert with 10-20 years of experience in highway/roadway design to lead multidisciplinary teams. You will be integral in managing high-impact infrastructure initiatives, ensuring quality delivery and innovation while mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical delivery of highway designs using advanced software
• Influence strategic decisions that affect project outcomes
• Oversee design schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Mentor junior engineering staff and promote collaboration
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering required
• 10–20+ years of highway design experience preferred
• P. Eng or Certified Engineering Technician designation
• Expertise in Design-Build/P3 project frameworks
• Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario’s design standards
