We are seeking an experienced IAM QE - Automation & Functional qualified with 8-10 years of experience in automation and functional testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and SailPoint IGA, along with hands-on experience in developing automation scripts, creating test scenarios, and managing end-to-end testing activities for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute automation and functional test cases.
- Create test scenarios and automation scenarios based on business requirements.
- Develop automation scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for large projects.
- Execute tests and validate results against documented goals and objectives.
- Translate business processes, system functionality, and requirements into comprehensive test plans.
- Identify and resolve testing, operational, and process-related issues.




- Present testing progress and results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- 8-10 years of QA/Quality Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber.
- Knowledge of SailPoint Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
- Experience writing test scenarios and automation scenarios.
- Hands-on experience developing automation scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.
- Experience managing end-to-end testing activities.Experience translating business requirements into detailed test plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
