Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal guidance on ethics and compliance laws
• Design and implement compliance and ethics programs
• Advise on data protection and privacy issues
• Conduct training sessions on compliance requirements
• Investigate reported ethical violations and breaches
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in law; member of Barreau du Québec/Ontario Bar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ethics & compliance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and French required
