In this critical position, you will manage the design, construction, and operational phases of tailings and waste facilities across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and assess tailings storage facilities through full lifecycle
• Conduct risk assessments and dam safety reviews
• Produce detailed engineering analyses and technical documents

• Supervise site investigations and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in mine waste management
• Proficient in geotechnical software for analysis
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario or nearing qualification
• Willingness to travel for site projects as needed
