As part of the Data & AI Technology Partners team, you will report to the Sr. Director of Data Science. This role is pivotal in establishing MLOps practices and ensuring AI solutions are deployed in production efficiently. You will work with Databricks, AWS, and build reusable engineering patterns to enhance AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop reusable AI/ML engineering patterns for production
• Establish MLOps standards with Databricks and AWS
• Create templates for model deployment and evaluation
• Support API integration for machine learning solutions




• Partner with Data Engineering for feature engineering patterns
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant technical fields
• 10+ years of experience, 4+ in AI/ML production
• Databricks and AWS certifications preferred
• Strong Python development skills for ML applications
• Experience with model performance monitoring and evaluation
