Fixed Term Opportunity: Red Seal Technician (1‑2 Year Term)

Are you a certified Red Seal Heavy Equipment or Truck and Trailer Technician looking for a secure, well‑paid Red Seal role with a clear end goal and a financial reward for seeing it through? What We Offer

- Fixed‑term opportunities of Twelve (12) or Twenty‑Four (24) months with full‑time hours (minimum 32 hours per week)
- Above‑market hourly wage based on experience and trade certification(s). May be eligible for an additional bonus if certified in Cummins and/or Paccar.
- Retention bonus paid at the end of the fixed employment term (up to $5,000) upon successful completion of each twelve‑month period.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in accordance with Red Seal standards.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality,

- Complete accurate documentation and service reports.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a skilled trades team.

Qualifications

- Valid Red Seal certification (preferred).
- Minimum of ten (10) years of hands‑on experience (for those without Red Seal certification).
- Strong problem‑solving and technical skills.
- Commitment to safety and high‑quality workmanship.
- Ability to commit to the full employment term.
