We’re looking for a Financial Analyst with a competed CPA designation who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation . In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional financial analysis—bringing fresh ideas on how AI and automation can transform processes, boost efficiency, and drive profitability.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across teams.
- Monitor KPIs like billings, WIP, collections, utilization, and realization.
- Build and refine financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to forecasting, reporting, and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to implement automation solutions.
- Maintain high-quality dashboards and ensure data accuracy.

What You Bring:

- CPA designation (CPA, CA; CPA, CMA; or CPA, CGA).
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a skilled services or similar environment that focuses on client service.




- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel & PowerPoint abilities.
- Knowledge of AI tools, predictive analytics, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
