In this term contract role, you'll assist the Senior Manager of Learning Technology in enhancing The Learning Centre for Senior Living (TLC). Your skills in eLearning development and content generation will be instrumental in ensuring members have a smooth and enriching experience while using the LMS. Collaborate directly with Subject Matter Experts to align educational resources with the organization’s goals and deliver exceptional service and support to members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for LMS users and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in developing eLearning tutorials and training materials




• Manage user roles, permissions, and member access
• Track and report LMS usage and ticket traffic
• Facilitate webinars and support Leadership Development Program
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent in adult education
• Previous eLearning development experience is mandatory
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and SCORM standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
