Senior Maximo Consultant

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Client: Public Sector

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maximo Consultant with strong functional expertise in IBM Maximo Manage to support a large-scale Maximo implementation for the Public Sector Client. The consultant will be responsible for Maximo configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, go-live support, and knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience
- Strong experience with Application Designer, Database Configuration, Security Groups, Organization & Site Setup
- Experience delivering 3+ full lifecycle IBM Maximo implementations
- Robust expertise in Work Management (SR, Work Orders, PMs, Job Plans, Planning & Scheduling)




- Experience with Asset Management, Locations, Classifications, Meters, and Inventory
- Hands-on experience in Maximo data migration , data validation, reconciliation, and MXLoader/MIF
- Experience with Maximo integrations (SAP/SAP BTP, ERP, APIs)
- Experience supporting SIT/SIT/UAT, defect triage, go-live, and hypercare

Desired Skills

- IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
- Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
- BIRT Reporting
- Mobile Work Execution
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Public Sector Maximo implementation experience (preferred)
