Position: Apprentice Automotive Technician – 4th Year

Dealership: Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Location: Calgary, AB

Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire

Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes and related lubrication services
- Conduct tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation and inflation
- Execute complete multi-point vehicle inspections and present findings to the Service Advisor
- Conduct diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems (brakes, engines, electrical, and other components) using computerized tools
- Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and related items; test systems and components using appropriate diagnostics
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts in areas such as fuel system, brakes, steering & suspension, engine & drivetrain, emission control & exhaust, cooling & climate control, and electrical/electronic systems

Qualifications / Must-Haves





- Oil change and tire service experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills
- Shop or dealership experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands (heavy lifting, standing for long periods, use of power and hand tools)
- Valid Canadian driver’s license with a safe driving history
