Brief Description: Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business.

Requirements:

- Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first-rate customer experience.
- Must pass state licensing requirements.
- Versatile schedule.
- Reliable transportation.

Education/Training/Experience:

- High School Diploma.
- Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
- Answer questions regarding customer policies.
- Accept payments and process transactions.




- Identify potential customer needs regarding their policies.
- Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
- Conduct FNOL vehicle inspections and take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
- Handle bank deposits.
- This is a full-time position.
- Other duties as assigned.
