What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Modification Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

- Process policy changes according to agent and client requests
- Communicate with advisors through internal tools (Business Tracker)
- Handle urgent cases in collaboration with internal partners
- Ensure accuracy and quality when processing contract modifications
- Prioritize and manage workload efficiently based on incoming requests

- Is known for their strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively

- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Has 2–3 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47,544 and $78,090 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role. At iA, we are committed to offering a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current market conditions.
