A typical day:
- Perform deformation assessments using ILI data and pipeline information, including dent strain analysis
- Validate and improve data quality by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Create and maintain excavation work units and generate dig packages for planned integrity activities
- Support Dent Engineering Critical Assessment programs through candidate identification and technical documentation
- Prepare engineering reports, technical memorandums, and assessment packages
- Track program metrics and support project planning, KPI reporting, and program execution activities
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Diploma in Engineering Technology
- Be eligible for APEGA registration (EIT or P.Eng.) or ASET certification (C.E.T.)
- Possess 2+ years of pipeline integrity experience with exposure to deformation threat management
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities when working with technical data
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a team environment
- Bring experience with ILI data analysis, Dent ECA, regulatory compliance, or automation/coding tools as strong assets
