As part of a first-class legal team at PSP Investments, you will report to the Managing Director of Legal Affairs, focusing on a broad spectrum of legal matters including private equity, infrastructure, and capital markets. This position requires a seasoned lawyer with a strategic mindset and strong collaboration skills, ready to guide internal stakeholders and external lawyers through complex legal landscapes while leveraging AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead legal work on global transactions
• Coordinate with external legal counsel globally
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations




• Provide strategic advice for governance and corporate legal activities
• Partner with diverse internal departments such as Tax and Risk
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Law degree; Bar Association membership
• 5-10 years of legal experience in private and corporate practice
• Proven ability to lead and mentor within a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed
