Junior Service Advisor

Location: Woodbridge Hyundai, Woodbridge, ON L4L 9C3.

Job Overview

We are seeking a customer service driven individual to work as a Junior Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

- Assist all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements, ensuring optimum customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to dealership policy.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Create and open work orders for new customers and service, and close orders as appropriate.
- Invoice work orders and accept payments from customers; submit reports and receipts to accounting.
- Provide quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.
- Advise customers on current status of their vehicle and any additional work that may be required.
- Perform other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure successful operation of the dealership.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor is an asset.




- Hyundai experience preferred.
- CDK experience.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
