As PEAK continues to scale globally, we are strengthening our executive leadership bench to support long-term, sustainable growth.We are seeking a proven, enterprise Chief Financial Officer to report directly to the CEO, partner with ownership and the executive team and provide steady, sophisticated financial leadership across the organization.This Role Is Best Suited ForThis opportunity is intentionally designed for a CFO who has already operated successfully within a large, reputable Canadian enterprise and who understands the expectations, governance, and complexity that come with scale.You will thrive in this role if you have held senior financial leadership responsibility within organizations comparable in sophistication to national retailers, large manufacturers, diversified services companies, or institutional-grade private enterprises.What You Will Be Accountable ForActing as a strategic partner to the CEO, ownership, and senior leadership teamLeading PEAK’s global financial strategy across Canada, the United States, Australia, and New ZealandFull oversight of all finance functions including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, risk management, compliance, and governanceSupporting PEAK’s relationships and operational scale with The Home Depot Canada, The Home Depot U.S.,
and Bunnings Australia and New ZealandStrengthening enterprise-level forecasting, planning, capital discipline, and financial decision-makingBuilding, mentoring, and leading a strong, credible global finance organizationBringing calm, clarity, and confidence to periods of growth, complexity, and changeRequired Experience & Profile (Non-Negotiable)Senior financial leadership experience as CFO, EVP Finance, or equivalent within a $300M+ revenue organizationBackground within large, well-governed Canadian companies known for operational discipline, financial controls, and executive accountabilityDemonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-entity operations across multiple geographiesExperience working with or supporting large national or global customers with rigorous reporting, compliance, and performance expectationsStrong technical and strategic finance foundation with a CPA designationTrack record of leading mature, high-performing finance teams within established organizationsComfortable operating in environments with formal governance, clear accountability, and high executive standardsExperience That Would Further Strengthen AlignmentExperience leading finance within manufacturing or product‑based environments where cost discipline, quality governance, and operational complexity are high.Strong partnership supporting end‑to‑end supply chain, including vendor performance, pricing negotiations, and inventory or production‑related decision‑making.Demonstrated ability to support product development, innovation cycles, or commercialization of new products.Experience supporting commercial partnerships with major retailers, including financial oversight of pricing, margin discipline,
