Compensation: 140,000.-175,000. / AnnuallyOur client, an industry leading manufacturer of precision metal and steel components, has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Program Manager, to join their winning team in Springfield.For this role, prior aerospace experience is required, along with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering!Our candidate of choice will be responsible for managing both legacy and new programs, from Product Development (sales inception), through Engineering design, manufacturing, assembly, test and delivery to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Controls – assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets.Responsible to lead of team of Program Managers.Schedule Controls – that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements.Contractual Submittals – that assure timely production of documents,
