Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial modeling for acquisitions and development projects




• Present underwriting recommendations to the Investment Committee
• Manage investment screening and due diligence process
• Structure joint venture agreements with legal counsel
• Update cost-to-date models and validate financial forecasts
Requirements:
• 3–6 years in real estate investment or development
• Robust financial modeling and Excel skills
• MBA and CFA/CAIA designations preferred
• Ability to lead transactions independently
• Excellent communication skills for presentations
