Job Title - Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Location - Hybrid – Montreal, QC (3 days onsite per week)

Role Type - Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Release Train Engineer, or Program Manager
- Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation or multi-cloud migration programs
- Expert knowledge of Protected and Agile methodologies
- Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities and Job Details:





- Lead strategic planning and execution of a large-scale cloud transformation program.
- Function as the Release Train Engineer, facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and program cadence events.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Serve as the primary client-facing program lead, providing executive-level updates and communicating program status.
- Coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams while promoting continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to align program objectives with business priorities.
- Support migration coordination, backlog organization, change management, and Jira/Confluence administration as needed.
- Develop program reporting, governance, and executive steering materials.
- Drive collaboration across architects, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
