As an AI Engineer, you will take charge of backend implementations related to the voice layer, ensuring our AI agents sound human and trustworthy. Your role will focus on integrating leading TTS APIs, optimizing the audio pipeline, and collaborating with design teams to maintain high-quality standards for voice communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead TTS backend integration and optimization efforts
• Engineer efficient latency solutions for audio pipelines
• Apply linguistic knowledge to enhance TTS inputs




• Build a robust persona system for voice attributes
• Design and manage structured LLM and TTS prompts
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Speech Synthesis applications
• Robust background in Python and machine learning
• Degree in AI/ML, Computational Linguistics, or related
• Expertise in cloud-based services (GCP preferred)
• Experience crafting and evaluating prompts for LLM
