The SAP Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of the PS module within SAP, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and objectives of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and support of the SAP PS module, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, and managing testing and training activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other SAP modules and external systemsProvide expert guidance and support to project teams, including functional and technical consultants, developers, and business usersDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines,



and budgets for PS module implementations and upgradesConduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the PS moduleStay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP PS and share knowledge with the teamAct as a liaison between business users and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the PS moduleParticipate in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materialsCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolutionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Lead, with a focus on the PS moduleStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologiesExperience leading full-cycle SAP implementations and upgrades, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budgetIn-depth knowledge of SAP PS functionality, including project structures, planning, budgeting, and cost managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutionsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing offshore resources is an assetSAP certification in Project Systems is preferredThis is a contract position based in Toronto, ON, Canada. The duration of the contract will be determined based on project needs and the performance of the candidate but initial duration is 6 months with long‑term extension potential.
