Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:

- Analyze existing Tableau reports and dashboards to document their functional and technical specifications
- Tailor data models and queries based on sources hosted on Snowflake and Databricks, while optimizing performance
- Recreate and validate complex business calculations in Power BI, including DAX metrics and Level of Detail (LOD) calculations equivalents, ensuring compliance with original reports
- Collaborate with business teams to validate business logic and KPIs
- Document the migration process, technical choices, gaps between environments and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in developing and architecting business intelligence solutions
- Be proficient in Power BI and have an excellent knowledge of Tableau
- Have real-world experience in at least one Tableau to Power BI report migration project
- Experience with Snowflake as your primary data source as well as an excellent knowledge of Databricks
- Be proficient in DAX as well as Level of Detail (LOD)

- Know SQL for query and query optimization on Snowflake and Databricks
- Have a very good knowledge of Python
- Master data modeling best practices, including star schemas and performance optimization
- Have a good understanding of the financial sector, particularly fixed income, including bonds, interest rates, duration, convexity, credit spreads and yield curves (an asset)
- Demonstrate the ability to carry out a migration mandate independently with a minimum of supervision
- Excellent communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders
