Job Role: Business Analyst, Technology Services (Service Now experience)

Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Position Type: Contract Role

Contract Term: 12 months

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 80-85/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

- University degree or equivalent experience (Business/Finance, Financial Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis with a focus on enterprise systems and technology platforms.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working on complex, cross-functional initiatives in an analyst capacity.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including system administration, configuration, and integration.
- Certified Business Analyst Skilled (CBAP) or equivalent is an asset.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.




- Assist in performing integration efforts between business applications (including Workday, Azure and SailPoint), ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform is essential.
- Minor configuration capability is expected; complex development is not.
- A ServiceNow certification (e.g., Administrator) is considered a bonus, not a requirement.
- Preference is for candidates who already understand ServiceNow, rather than training from scratch.
- The role is BAU-focused, not tied to a single large project.
