Base pay range

CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$140,000.00/yr

In this Plant Controller role, you will oversee all financial operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization. You will act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving decisions that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Missions

- Oversee all financial activities for the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with operations leadership to optimize cost efficiency and improve profitability.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management.
- Lead inventory valuation, cost accounting, and capital expenditure tracking.
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Plant Controller or Finance leadership role.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
