What you're actually doing

- Getting the right professionals into our AI Workshop, our Audit, and our full Setup
- Following your own pipeline—no hand-holding, no script, your instincts
- Building real relationships with the venues and communities where our people gather
- Being the face of ODA before anyone signs anything

What matters more than a resume

- You've sold something before and you know the difference between convincing someone and helping them decide
- You can hold your own in a room of $150–$400/hr professionals—not intimidated, not overselling
- You manage your own week. Nobody's checking in on you daily.

How you're paid

Your income has no ceiling, because our clients see the return in under four weeks—which means the second sale is always easier than the first.

- 20% per Workshop seat
- 10% per Audit
- 10% per full Setup

We're starting with three of these roles, not ten. We'd rather get three people right than ten people average.
