They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.What you’ll do:Assists residents with activities of daily living and delivers personal care services in a manner that promotes choice, involvement and participation to the greatest degree possibleAssists delivery of meals, housekeeping, laundry and therapeutic recreation programsBe resident-centered in your approach and model our values in all your interactions with the public,
