The employer is seeking a motivated and career-focused Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with proven experience in financial planning and analysis to join their business unit finance team as a Manager, FP&A.; The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting ongoing strategic initiatives in a diversified role, with a strong technical background in a goods-producing sector.

Key responsibilities and oversight

- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Maintain and update weekly forecasting models in Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring accurate consolidations and reporting across business units, regions, and markets.
- Month-End & Quarter-End Reporting: Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, delivering accurate financial results within strict deadlines.
- Reporting & Analysis: Adapt reporting processes to meet changing business needs and develop current reports and dashboards as required.
- Financial Insights & Storytelling: Analyze financial results, identify key business drivers and trends,



and provide clear commentary and insights for management reporting.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Use technology and AI tools to streamline reporting, automate checks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work.
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work independently while collaborating closely with team members to support department goals and assist during peak reporting periods.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision-support for FP&A; and business stakeholders as needed.
- Corporate FP&A; & Investor Relations Support: Partner with Corporate FP&A; and Investor Relations teams to provide financial data, variance analyses, and commentary for earnings releases and external reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will possess the following

- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation completed.
- 5-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- 2+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Motivated, career-oriented, and comfortable with a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in a product-based industry, producing or distributing tangible goods.
