Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive market pricing and benchmarking

• Create explicit compensation materials for HR and leaders




• Improve compensation models and reporting tools
• Collaborate on pay transparency and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Analytics or Compensation
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills required
• Familiarity with market analysis and survey techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative fields
• Excellent organizational and judgment skills
