What You'll Do





As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehiclewhile building lasting relationships in our community.

Your day will include:

- Greetingcustomers and creating a welcoming, pressure-free experience
- Learningabout each customer's needs and recommending the right vehicle
- Conductingvehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Followingup with showroom visitors, internet leads, and existing customers usingour CRM
- Buildinglong-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referralbusiness
- Workingclosely with our Finance and Management teams to deliver an outstandingcustomer experience
- Achievingpersonal and team sales goals while continuing to develop your skills

Requirements

- ValidBC Driver's Licence
- Abilityto obtain a VSA Licence (current licence is an asset but not required)
- Weekendavailability as part of a rotating schedule
- Previoussales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
