JOB SUMMARY
The IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager is a hands‑on technology leader responsible for the reliability, performance, security, and evolution of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role oversees network and cloud operations, endpoint management, cybersecurity, the corporate Help Desk, and vendor relationships. The manager will also champion the adoption and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI‑enhanced productivity tools.
- 7+ years of IT Experience required.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience required.
- Diploma or degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and enterprise networks.
- Preferred certifications: Azure Admin/Architect, M365 Administrator, Security certifications.
- AI/Copilot knowledge preferred.Experience supervising technical staff.
