Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale wood-frame residential project valued at $50M+.This role is suited to an experienced construction professional who is comfortable managing complex builds, leading project teams, and maintaining strong control over schedule, cost, and stakeholder expectations. You will work closely with executive leadership, site teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.What You’ll Be Responsible ForFull oversight of project delivery from early planning through final turnover.Managing project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.Coordinating with superintendents, consultants, trades, and suppliers.Administering contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement activities.Leading tendering, trade negotiations,
