Work closely with Sales and CS teams to empower their efforts and drive impactful business results.

• Position Aftersell effectively using merchant pain narratives
• Write compelling stories based on customer data
• Enable revenue teams with tactical support and insights




• Keep a close eye on the competitive ecommerce landscape
• Organize and coordinate growth-focused resources
Requirements:
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Solid experience in quick-paced ecommerce/SaaS growth
• Deep knowledge of category management strategies
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven storytelling
• Four days a week in-office collaboration in Toronto
