calendars, holiday calendars, time profiles, and rulesConfigure EC components including Foundation objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, and Role Based Permissions (RBP)Experience in configuring and supporting Onboarding 2.0 will be an added advantage, including process flows, onboarding tasks, forms, and integrations with Employee Central. Understanding of onboarding compliance process and new hire data flowsPerform system testing (Unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support) and ensure solution quality, stability and accuracy of the systemTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely and effective supportCollaborate with HR stakeholders, IT cross-functional team, and Vendors to ensure alignment with HR processes and integrate SuccessFactors with other business systemsPrepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scripts, user manuals, configuration guides, and process flowDesign and troubleshoot the Interfaces and IntegrationParticipate in system releases and refresh activities and ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsMonitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepanciesDevelop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analysesParticipate in HRIS projects as needed and assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activitiesPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
