The representative troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory / equipment to ensure continuous operation.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for truck keysFMR data entry and data entry of all delivery sheet failed in reportsCall center interaction and service reportsDownloading scanners through the cradlesComparing summary reports and quality reportsAssisting drivers with supply requestsScanner control maintenanceCOS WB reconciliationFiling and communication card auditsNotifying OH of freight deliveries via emailFuel receipt collectionSend our SNR stickersOther duties as assignedExperience3 months experience working with computers / technology (e.G., word processors, document management systems, scanners,
