Job TitleTechnical Project Manager - Demonware (Vancouver)Requisition IDR026757Job DescriptionYour MissionWe are looking for a talentedTechnical Project Managerto join the Game Services Department at Demonware. You will work closely with internal partners, game development studios and other teams within Demonware. Your job will involve managing multiple projects in a capable professional manner requiring limited guidance. Your teams and partners will require a pro‑active approach to solutioning, planning, communication and delivering.This role is based in our Vancouver, BC office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may evolve to meet business needs.What You Bring To The TableProactive and knowledgeable with regards to all aspects of the projectConstantly assessing and managing impact to scope, plan, budget, quality, stakeholders and riskIntegrates stakeholder management into overall project management approachBuild strong customer relationships with different partners who require different business and technical needsHave a level of technical understanding to be able to hold your own in high‑level technical conversations, and represent your teams to customers and partnersEnsure teams’ roadmaps are on track by handling risks and calling out when necessaryOwn scheduling projects, keeping teams on‑task, projecting landmarks & deliverablesPlayer Profile5+ years of skilled technical project management experiencePMP or PRINCE2 qualificationExperience working across multiple time zones and global locationsOrganized self‑starter willing to assume responsibility for all aspects of projects under their supervisionAbility to adapt quickly to change and be able to rework complex project plans at short notice due to changes in scopeAbility to recognize and anticipate the need for change quickly as circumstances change and evolveExperienced situational leader within the team, management and partnersExposure to technical projects involving multiple teams is requiredStrong communication and problem solving skillsPositive, skilled demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsA willingness and ability to learn is essentialAbility to coach successful teamsExtra PointsKnowledge of Atlassian product suiteYour PlatformDemonware is a member of the Activision family of studios.
