Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial reporting and accounting operations for the company.
• Lead the financial close process and consolidate statements.




• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Supervise accounts payable and treasury functions.
• Facilitate audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
• Degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA designation required.
• Solid interest in the commercial real estate sector.
