Location: Fully Remote (GTA, Ottawa, Montreal)

We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, build, automate, and support scalable cloud infrastructure. You’ll own the end‑to‑end DevOps lifecycle and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, cloud‑native solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Deploy and manage microservices‑based applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments.
- Partner with development teams to improve scalability, reliability, and security.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.




- Strong hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS (both preferred).
- Advanced Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Experience supporting containerized, microservices‑based environments.Strong Linux, networking, automation, and CI/CD knowledge.
- Previous backend software development experience is a solid asset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Docker
- GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
- Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk
- Python, Go, Java, or .NET backend development experience
- Experience in highly available, enterprise‑scale cloud environments
