About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Full‑Stack Engineer to contribute to a cross‑functional team building transformative AI agents for HR & Finance. Your technical contributions and team‑first attitude will play a key role in delivering high‑impact products that scale our AI capabilities and simplify complex business processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver AI‑powered agents that integrate deeply into HR and Financial workflows, accelerating intelligent decision‑making.
- Participate in a supportive, iterative culture that values curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices.
- Contribute to the growth and success of teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform – from development to production (“you build it, you run it”).
Qualifications
Basic Qualification
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 7+ years with a web development framework (Python preferred: Flask, Django, or FastAPI).
- 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript for front‑end / full‑stack development.
- 8+ years with a relational database (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a computer‑related field or equivalent work experience.
Other Qualification
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with the tradeoffs and architecture of modern distributed systems.
- Knowledge of software development best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability).
- Hands‑on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Experience working within fast‑paced, agile environments and multi‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical partners.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into explicit solutions.
- Committed to fostering an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Hybrid model: at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or field; flexible schedule allowed.
