To support the steady growth of our Client in the Factory Automation space, Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. is seeking an accomplished Automation Programming Manager or hands‑on Programming Leader with a proven ability to support and develop talent in a busy manufacturing automation and systems integration environment.
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate boasts a successful track record of commissioning automated work cells and assembly lines, providing direction and support to PLC & Robotics Programmers in the shop and at the customer site. The ability to coordinate with Project Management and multiple internal teams on ongoing assignments at various stages of the project life cycle to ensure timely delivery will be vital. Due to the nature of the work, expert knowledge of robotics will be valued by this group.
The role requires this Automation Programming Manager to remain available for minimal travel within North America.

Salary
