At Oxygen8, we make #freshairthatfits.About the Role The Assembly Team Lead is a working supervisor responsible for coordinating day-to-day manufacturing activities within a defined production area or cell. This role balances hands‑on production work with leadership responsibilities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and material flow targets are consistently met. The Assembly Team Lead provides direction, training, and support to team members and serves as the first point of escalation for operational issues within their assigned area.Key Responsibilities Production Coordination and Quality ControlCoordinate and prioritize daily work activities within an assigned production area or cell to meet production schedules and targetsAssign tasks to team members based on skills, workload,
and production prioritiesPerform and sign off on in process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standardsIdentify production or quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain consistent outputTeam Leadership, Training, and SafetyProvide day‑to‑day direction, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to team membersEnsure work is performed according to standard operating procedures and work instructionsPromote and enforce safety rules, housekeeping, and 5S standards within the assigned areaIdentify safety concerns and escalatethe unresolved issues as requiredSupervise a team of 5-10 team membersMaterials, Workflow, and Continuous ImprovementEnsure required materials, components, tools, and equipment are available to support uninterrupted productionCoordinate with materials, warehouse, or production planning teams to address shortages or delaysMonitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivityHands On Production SupportPerform production, assembly, fabrication, or materials handling tasks as required to support team outputOperate manufacturing equipment or tools relevant to the assigned area in accordance with safety and quality standardsExperience and Skills3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentDemonstrated ability to lead, coordinate,
