This role balances hands‑on production work with leadership responsibilities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and material flow targets are consistently met. The Assembly Team Lead provides direction, training, and support to team members and serves as the first point of escalation for operational issues within their assigned area.Key Responsibilities Production Coordination and Quality ControlCoordinate and prioritize daily work activities within an assigned production area or cell to meet production schedules and targetsAssign tasks to team members based on skills, workload,
