Overview

Finance Transformation Manager – Enterprise Performance Management. Works with CFOs, VPs Finance, and controllers to optimize finance functions, improve financial performance, and support decision‑making. Focuses on financial operations, process improvement, system implementation, and EPM tools.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support client engagements, working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics on financial processes and consolidate, budget, forecast and management‑reporting activities.
- Define business requirements for acquisition and configuration of EPM tools (OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP EPM, etc.).
- Analyze and improve process performance, cost‑benefit, benchmarking, and dashboard design.
- Vendor and software selection, including business‑requirements gathering.
- Engage in scope definition, risk management, and project economics management.
- Develop and deliver high‑quality client deliverables that meet PwC and client quality expectations.
- Coach and train junior team members on technical and project‑management aspects.
- Participate in business development and proposal writing activities.
- Share knowledge across the global PwC network and support thought‑leadership content.
- Contribute to staffing, recruitment, and retention activities.

Qualifications

- 5‑7+ years of consulting and software implementation experience.




- Hands‑on experience with leading EPM applications, including modeling, allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of ETL concepts, data integration, security, workflow, and multi‑dimensional data models.
- Understanding of core accounting areas: performance management, record‑to‑report, consolidation, financial close.
- Experience leading transformational initiatives with a focus on strategy, operations, and technology.
- Strong project‑management and coaching skills.
- Fluency in English; French is required for Quebec roles, an asset otherwise.
- Preferred certifications: MBA, CPA, or certifications in EPM platforms.

Benefits

Salary range: $112,400 – $162,400 (annual, based on location and experience). Eligible for variable incentive pay programs and a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive compensation, inclusive benefits, and flexible work options.
