As a Senior Expert, you will guide project delivery and prioritize initiatives within a Value Stream at CN. Your expertise will contribute to maximizing business value through effective collaboration with Product Managers, Agile leads, and finance teams. You will maintain robust stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with CN’s strategic objectives, all while nurturing a safety-focused work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the VS vision and roadmap
• Oversee business knowledge for I&T; activities
• Lead VS reviews across Agile Release Trains




• Manage and report budget and KPIs of allocated VS
• Ensure ART alignment with VS objectives and manage risks
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience
• At least 10 years of leadership in deliverables
• 5+ years in a business-facing I&T; role
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal
