Elevate BHP’s exploration efforts as a Legal Counsel based in downtown Toronto. In this full time role, you’ll tackle global mining laws and compliance within a hybrid working environment.
You will utilize your 3–5 years of experience in mining law to negotiate agreements and oversee regulatory compliance across several jurisdictions. This position emphasizes strong collaboration with business partners and effective relationship management within the Exploration team and BHP’s legacy assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage exploration deals and ensure regulatory compliance
• Advise on joint venture and earn-in agreements

Requirements:
