Job Title: Senior Power Automate Developer

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 . This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and integrate enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build cloud and desktop automation workflows for business process automation.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Develop custom connectors, APIs, and reusable automation components.
- Create automated approval workflows, notifications, document management, and business process automation.
- Design solutions using Microsoft Dataverse and SQL databases.
- Implement governance, security, and best practices across the Power Platform.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, optimize performance, and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs,



and deployment guides.
- Mentor junior developers and promote Power Platform best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Power Automate development .
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Expertise in workflow automation and enterprise application integration.
- Experience developing scalable and secure automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
