As a Community Support Worker, you will engage with clients to develop action plans, provide emotional support, and ensure resource accessibility. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate intake and assess individual needs
• Create and implement personalized service plans
• Provide community resource referrals




• Support clients in achieving life skills and job placements
• Liaise with professionals and community agencies
Requirements:
• Certificate or degree in social sciences or related field
• One year practical experience with diverse clients
• Current CPR/First Aid training and Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Possession or eligibility for crisis intervention certification
• Necessary technological resources for job duties
