Join us.Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in a variety of strategic, high-impact projects from strategic planning through stabilization with no supervision.Provide subject matter expertise regarding key process decisions related to industry and areas of expertise.Lead multiple concurrent large, complex Workday solutions and projects for a global customer base. Design, build, test, and implement business requirements across multiple areas of Workday Integrations.Manage the project scope, quality, timeline, communication, and overall delivery. Provide oversight, guidance, instruction, learning opportunities, and coaching to team members.Conduct working sessions with clients and vendors to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.Consult on touch points, dependencies, and integration aspects across multiple areas of Workday to provide a comprehensive solution to clients.Understand country regulatory and statutory requirements and how these can be met with Workday.Lead portions of client sales meetings as a Subject Matter Expert; scope potential projects for areas of expertise.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify and resolve issues that may impact project scope or Go Live; ensure alignment acrossproject plans and budgets.Share lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's viewpoint with stakeholders.Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.Contribute to the knowledge management repository through formal and informal knowledge sharing (e.G., Q&A, deliverables, sessions,



and posting best practices).Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members.Meet key performance indicators for the role (e.G., utilization targets, SLAs, customer satisfaction scores).Work in a fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and speed.Demonstrate Kognitiv's core value, "act like an owner", in all aspects of work.Qualifications 6+ years of Workday Integrations experience as a consultant leading and deploying Workday implementations or supporting Workday Post-Production / AMS Services.Experience with Workday Orchestrate as well as Workday Finance Integrations is desired.Deep knowledge of Workday's Integration technology stack and complementary third-party/external systems in at least two areas of HR or Finance.Ability to lead workstreams on large-scale projects (e.G., acquisition, phase X) across the full project lifecycle from scoping to go-live.Broad business and technology understanding with awareness of industry trends in ERP, HR, Finance, and/or Payroll.Proven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences including clients, employees, and executive management.Strong commitment to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; customer-focused with relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues in a remote workplace.Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet timelines and quality standards with minimal supervision.Experience managing global teams, either in people management or program/project management roles.Proven ability to anticipate risks and issues and communicate needs to stakeholders.Experience implementing complex,



practical business solutions under deadlines with attention to detail.Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision; prioritize conflicting demands.Willingness to mentor, coach, and guide other consultants.Ability to propose improvements in tools and/or processes to improve the practice.Commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to translate client feedback into actions; understand and follow internal processes when responding to client needs.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and frequent change.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to meet travel requirements ( Pay Transparency Statement USA Pay Range: $107,000 USD - $186,200 USD.
