Job Description

Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, and requires indoor/outdoor work delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Have an active driver's license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification.
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- High School diploma, GED,



or Military Service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude with ambition, organization, and service spirit.
- Bilingual in French and English.

Compensation

Estimated base salary ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year. Salary is determined based on skill set, experience, training, and business needs.
