Key Responsibilities:
• Complete Risk and Control Self-Assessments aligned with RBC standards
• Conduct thorough control assessments and testing of Key Risks
• Report operational risk events to senior management




• Identify and communicate emerging operational risk areas
• Review compliance with RBC Enterprise Policy Management requirements
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in Operations
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with compliance and audit management
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
